Darren
Darren has been in the game for over 40 years and is an amateur boxer and prize fighter. His speciality is professional boxing training, keeping fit, bag and pad work and all-round fitness.
Darren has a sharp eye for developing your strengths and weaknesses and will skilfully motivate you and ensure your abilities are pushed to the fullest.
Darren is a skilled communicator and will quickly establish a trusted bond that will be the key to your strategic progression and success.
Levi
Levi has come from an extensive boxing family, and is an undefeated boxer - 7 of his first fights were knockouts in the first round.
Levi’s philosophy is ‘Hit and not get hit’.
Levi offers training to professionals and white-collar boxers. He also provides personal training for both men and women.
Personal trainers
Matthew
Matthew is ex-military turned boxing coach with 10 years of weight training and power lifting coaching experience.
He has had 15 fights over the last 10 years and possesses a powerful skill in strategy and has participated in strong man competitions. He has an analytical approach and will quickly assess your strengths and weaknesses.
He will rapidly develop techniques and leverage to ensure your progression. He will motivate and clearly communicate with you and will maximise your inner potential.
LEE
Lee has over 30 years' experience in health and fitness. During this time, he has competed at a good amateur level in body building and strongman competitions throughout the UK with respectable results.
He also has over 5 years' experience in outdoor conditioning and endurance training, and has the honour of being a ‘SPARTAN TRIFECTA’.
As a personal trainer he has helped many clients reach their fitness goals.
