Our combat sports training runs under the banner of Keddles Gym, a respected name in the fight scene. We offer elite 1-1 coaching and classes in Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Jiu-Jitsu for all levels. Trainers

Darren

Darren has been in the game for over 40 years and is an amateur boxer and prize fighter, specialising in professional boxing training, keeping fit, bag and pad work and all-round fitness.

Matthew

Matthew is ex-military, and has 10 years of coaching experience. He will rapidly develop techniques and leverage to ensure your progression.

Tom

Tom is a Personal Trainer with a background in elite rugby, and a degree in Sport & Exercise Science. He combines athletic insight with proven training methods to help clients perform, look and feel their best.

Lee

Lee has over 30 years' experience in health and fitness and has competed in body building and strongman competitions throughout the UK.
